Where do you ship from?
We ship from our global warehouse located in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders quickly, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. Once received, your order can still be returned for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, UPI,AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse between Monday and Friday. Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days, and shipped the next business day. During holidays or sale events, processing may take slightly longer. We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand and international shipping, delivery usually takes between 2–4 weeks.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
All prices shown are tax-free in US Dollars OR INR . Depending on your country, you may need to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees once your order arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any customs delays. What if the items I receive are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive items that are incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us right away. Include your order number, photos of the items, and any relevant details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. If you used a credit/debit card, the refund will be sent to your card’s issuing bank within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the cancellation. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.
